Job Title: Systems Analyst II
Location: This position eligible for full time remote schedule. Location within 50 miles of an Anthem office; preferred locations are Baltimore MD, Indianapolis IN, Denison TX, Harrisburg PA. All other locations will be considered.

This role will be responsible for assisting in developing the functional requirements, and managing the defined scope.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT.
- Provides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
- Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support.
- Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation.
- Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
- Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end users.
- Assists with developing use cases.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- This position is part of our FGS (Federal Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Please Note: Associates in this job working from a California location are eligible for overtime pay based on California employment law.
