Job description
Anthem Tax Services is the leading nationwide tax resolution firm helping people solve their IRS tax problems. We work to build relationships with our thousands of clients and the IRS alike so that we can offer representation to taxpayers with a variety of tax issues.
We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician, full time, with a negotiable daily schedule.
Job Duties:
- End-User Support via a Ticket System, or inbound calls.
- Utilize problem solving, troubleshooting, and solution management to resolve staff IT issues.
- Document all issue resolution within Ticket Management System.
- Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and RDP Systems.
- Configure and maintain workstations, drivers, VoIP devices, and printers.
- Install and maintain Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Applications, as well as Tax Software.
- Perform Audits of tracking data and create analysis reports.
- Participate in IT projects, hardware installation, and special projects as assigned.
- Projected Overtime on busy days, and weekend work for intense projects.
Requirements:
- CompTIA A Certification, or equivalent education
- 1 years helpdesk experience
- Extensive Windows 8 / 10 and PC Hardware Skills
- Knowledge of networking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and with all levels of corporate personnel and management
- Resourceful and effective IT problem-solver
- Availability for weekdays with a negotiable schedule.
- Able to work in a fluctuating state of intensity, from low workloads, to very busy days
Plus, but not Required:
- AVD and RDP Experience, specifically with session hosts and management
- Azure or Cloud Domain Experience
- SalesForce CRM Experience
- Net or Sec certifications
- Experience with Virtual Networks and VPNs
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Cloud based Phone Systems
- Experience with ProSeries, Tax Help, or other Tax systems
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
