- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bars including the Hermes and Service Bar (Backbar) ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance the bar's offerings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
