Job Description:

• Looking for 10 years of Peoplesoft HR.
• Should have 8 years of experience utilizing knowledge of PeopleSoft and CAPPS (People Code/SQL/SQRs/PS queries/App Engines/Records/Pages/Components/etc.) to understand functional requirements are met, assess impact and alternatives, timing, and full system considerations.
• Should have 8 years of experience utilizing a wide variety of CAPPS functional knowledge to assist in decision making of enhancements, including requests by agencies and new feature/functions delivered from Oracle, and impact analysis of changes across entire CAPPS platform.
• Should have 8 years of experience and ability to review technical work effort estimates for accuracy in scope and approach, taking into consideration the entirely of the CAPPS landscape.
• Should have 8 years of experience in configuring PeopleSoft AWE for approvals and notifications. Ability to implement AWE, including design and troubleshooting as needed.
• Should have 8 years of experience and ability to integrate various PeopleSoft towers using Integration Broker.
• Should have 8 years of experience and ability to work with agency users to troubleshoot a variety of issues in CAPPS as needed, and consider workarounds and system fixes for feasibility, timing, and impact.
• Should have 8 years of experience and ability to assist CAPPS Hub agencies as needed for troubleshooting/explaining CAPPS deliverables. Evaluate CAPPS Hub agency requests for exceptions and alternate code designs for full system impact.
• Should have 8 years of experience and ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft security related changes and enhancements.
• Should have 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft and a third-party Identity Access Management system related to implementation, integration, day-to-day monitoring, and future enhancement and feature analysis and presentation.
• Should have 5 years of experience leading project teams for software updates, upgrades, and/or implementations.
• Should have 5 years of experience with conventional reporting inclusive of analytics.
