DDS/DMD – Strongsville, OH
Pay starts at $115/hr.
1/1/24 - 3/31/24 (maternity leave coverage)

Quick Facts:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license and any required certifications to practice dentistry in the given location.
- Proven experience as a General Dentist, with a strong grasp of dental procedures and techniques.
- Must be Board Certified and Board Eligible
Description:
- Types of cases: General Dentistry, Crowns, Dentures, Fillings, and Extractions
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to promote oral health.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Have and use dental loupes where appropriate with a magnification of no less than 2.5 x
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
- Uphold infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to expand clinical knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills to effectively communicate treatment options, outcomes, and any potential risks to patients.
- Promote and maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment.
