Responsibilities:
Focus on membership/personal training sales, employee/customer retention, and overall club profitability.
Provide sales coaching and training to staff, including role-playing exercises, to ensure teams are proficient in direct sales presentations.
Monitor and enforce performance standards across all locations, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent member experience.
Cultivate a positive culture within and between clubs, aligning with our mission and values.
Conduct weekly meetings providing constructive feedback and support to staff.
Oversee operational and financial responsibilities, including back-end reporting and management of member needs across all locations.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in managing multiple business units, preferably in the fitness, sales, service, or retail sectors.
Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to exceed sales and performance targets.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and a customer service-oriented approach to business.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building businesses and fostering a community of health and wellness.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
