We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Manager. In this role, you will work to ensure the quality of overall club's financial performance, sales, team development, leadership, and creatively growing our fitness franchise.

As a Franchise Manager, you will work closely with a multiple-club franchisee on a daily basis. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for sales and health and wellness, high levels of ambition, competition, and compassion, as well as a strong work ethic, honesty, discipline, and integrity. You should also have an entrepreneurial spirit as a contributor that will partner closely with our Personal Training Team.

Requirements for this position include a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, strong sales and customer service skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals. Additionally, you should be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person.

Compensation for this role is $45,000-$55,000 plus commission, with earning potential up to $75,000 (not capped). We also offer health insurance premium paid 100% by the company, PTO, and a 401k.

Desired requirements for this position include 2 years of fitness experience, and 2 years of management and sales experience. An outgoing, high-energy personality is also desired - someone who cares about people and is money-motivated.

Key Roles of the Position:

  • Be a leader. Be a champion of our club culture, hold team to high standards of sales and service, and lead by example.
  • Grow the business via acquisition of new customers and retention of current ones.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for the customer where everyone knows their name
  • Conduct personalized tours to help prospects make commitments to their health regardless of circumstances.
  • Get the opportunity to coach personalized and energetic small group training sessions
  • Take a stake in your member's success: providing accountability to their goals, support on their journey, and guidance on how to get there.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
