Responsibilities:
- Perform and delegate Fitness Consults for all new members to ensure that all members are receiving engagement.
- Perform and delegate all Member Follow ups
- Ensure that all trainers are an active part of and striving for goals set by the training program, philosophies, policies and procedures.
- Develop and lead the Training and Training Intern teams.
- Assist in Marketing and Retail
- Current Credential Personal Training Certification or in the process of obtaining one
- Loyal, positive, organized, trustworthy and have a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work at both the Hebron and DeMotte locations, specifically, sales office, housekeeping, retail, etc.
- Attend club related workshops and conferences in a positive and attentive fashion as deemed necessary by leadership.
- Free membership
- Access to continued education that is accepted by NASM and other major Training Certification Companies.
