Primary Function
APCOM's facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is a climate-controlled facility that manufactures electric thermostats, pipe nipples, dip tubes, elements, and burner assemblies. The 2nd Shift Production Operator will initiate manufacturing operations in accordance with customer requirements and monitor performance to optimize production processes.
We Offer
Regularly Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday; 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm CST
Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.38/hr and up
Sign On Bonus Opportunity:
- $100 at 45th day of hire
- $500 at 90th day of hire
- Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments

Responsibilities
- Complete training and perform operator functions in accordance with required work instructions for the position
- Read, understand, and run the production schedule
- Work with automated machinery and have the ability to perform troubleshooting tasks in order to increase machine up time
- Willing to learn multiple operations and work in different areas
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge
- No previous related work experience required; we will provide training
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (and up to 100 pounds with assistance) and be capable of walking/standing for the entire shift
Salary : $18 - $100
