Summary of Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced individuals to handle weekly accounting for several clients. This role involves high-volume data entry processing and requires meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must be results-driven, highly organized, and should enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables. This is a full-time position with enormous growth potential and opportunities to learn.

Please note that Pacific or central timezones are preferred

Essential Functions

• Processing accounts payable: inputting invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments
• Processing payroll: inputting hours, changing rates/withholdings/deductions as instructed
• Inputting daily sales
• Entering bank transactions and reconciling bank activity and accounts
• Communicating with clients and co-workers via email and phone regularly

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Experience handling full cycle A/P with large invoice volume
• 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and using a ten-key touch
• Experience in the food/restaurant industry a plus
• Remote work experience a plus

Compensation

• $50,000 - $60,000 Depending on experience
