Aon Is Looking For An Enrollment Services Manager!
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions, in Lake Mary, FL.
The target salary range for this position is [$39,500.00 to $58,000.00] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and team to develop a strategy for meeting overall revenue and expense management goals
- Review budget for each individual client engagement and assist staffing team in determining the appropriate level of resources to assign with goal of meeting or exceeding PPI, Penetration and Expense Management Goals
- Interface directly with clients to identify individual case requirements, expectations, and goals to develop the plan for client implementation accordingly
- Ensure proper client education regarding enrollment options and scheduling methods per site location
- Define an onsite or virtual strategy, in partnership with our clients & internal stakeholders, to determine the best methods for enrollment & engagement.
- Responsible for ensuring our “best practices” are implemented, including staffing levels, scheduling logistics, enrollment toolkits
- Follow enrollment timeline to ensure timely delivery of client facing work force management deliverables to include build out of web scheduler tool, site/location outreach and final onsite or virtual enrollment schedule
- Responsible for building engaging relationships with our client partners to reach an optimum level of trust, support and open communication
- Formulate engaging conversations with locations contacts/ambassadors to promote a seamless and successful onsite or virtual event, by providing them with our support tools and best practices recommendations
- Responsible for review, distribution and recommending the use of our café/one-to-one/virtual toolkit.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating travel arrangements, payroll and per diem for enrollment counselors
- Determine/define equipment need for each client engagement, potential to use client equipment onsite, and ensure counselors have the necessary resources for a successful enrollment
- Manage overall enrollment project, as pertains to onsite or virtual support, to ensure follow through on all steps of the case
- Monitor projected vs. actual case expenses and anticipated revenue and take steps to get project on the right track as needed, including outreach to client or broker as needed
- Assist and support field Enrollment Manager with issues or challenges that may arise leading up to and during enrollment/onsite support
- Maintain all paperwork, emails, memos and notes necessary (for both client and counselor team) to organize, advance, manage and track case according to established procedures and expectations
- Travel as required to meet individual client engagement needs
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role with strong logistics coordination (scheduling/mapping).
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to develop, understand and measure financial metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and simultaneously handle multiple projects
- Effective customer service skills
Preferred Experience:
- Health Insurance enrollment
- Financial background
- Supervisory experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
