Your Impact As An H&B Consultant
This position will support the lead consultant on some client assignments and/or participate with other consultants in the servicing of clients. It includes analysis, drafting or coordinating reports, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services. Benefits work includes: benefit audits, benchmarking, participating in M&A projects, compliance, financial projections of benefits costs, monthly financial reports for certain self funded plans, supporting clients' day-to-day needs, proposal and report preparation and presentation
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve small, medium and large clients by helping them with the design, modification, financial aspects, communication, implementation and administration of their benefit plans
- Support senior consultants and management in all areas related to health and welfare plans
- Ensure that clients are completely satisfied with Aon’s Health Solutions services
- Produce specific measurable results by maintaining quality control, monitoring plan performance, establishing and following up on mutual goals and objectives with clients
- Provide ongoing support to client, advise on benefit inquiries and research issues
- Prepare health and welfare annual plan reviews
- Develop a partnership with clients, vendors, and Aon Health Solutions staff by establishing and maintaining solid relationships with plan sponsors, sustaining rapport at all levels and coordinating customer service
- Identify potential problems and concerns and provide the client with innovative solutions
- Manage projects so that the output is of the highest quality standard and the results are useful to the client, includes having all financial work reviewed Participate in presentations or meetings with potential clients and writing of communications
- Financial analysis, including developing gross and net plan projections and creating employee contribution scenarios
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Education and Experience:
- 2 plus years of experience in Health and Benefits
- 2 plus years of experience in a HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients
- Strong presentation skills
