We partner with Apartment Communities in Washington, DC (Maryland & Virginia, too!) introducing leasing professionals with Property Managers for temporary and full-time job opportunities. Our clients are looking for employees to help them reach peak occupancy, listen to resident concerns and help them reach resolution, and represent the community with pride and exude professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engage prospective residents and relay pertinent information about amenities and apartment homes
- Fill out Guest Cards accurately
- Report to Property Manager with updates on what you have completed
- Stay up-to-date on *specials* the community may be offering to attract renters - may change on a daily basis
- Research surrounding area to adequately communicate benefits to living in the area - what's walkable? what restaurants/parks/stores are nearby?
- Administrative tasks where needed; providing friendly customer service to existing residents
Qualifications:
- *Leasing* or apartment community administrator experience
- Experience making outgoing calls to prospective residents; confidence on the phone
- Ability to act professionally and remain patient when interfacing with residents
