A very busy and growing Landscape Company established in 2007 is seeking for an Office/HR assistant to join our team and support administrative functions in our office located in Santa Fe Springs CA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The incumbent must have the ability to:
- Effectively assist the public and employees; answer calls and determine how calls should be routed; direct public and employees to appropriate offices; answer routine questions; and distribute and explain forms, such as employment applications
- File and maintain employee personnel files.
- Upload all employee and applicant documentation into the database.
- Assist with scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding new employees scheduling and conducting orientation to go over the Company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling employees for training.
- Assist with maintaning proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer; related software,photocopiers, fax machines, and printers
- Data compiling and other clerical duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
Office enviroment experience 1 year minimum is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
