Apex Home Products is an e-commerce company having over 500 product offerings focused on home improvement products. The main business was established in New York in 2013 and has rapidly expanded to Los Angeles, Houston, Memphis and Sacramento.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and resolving technical issues. Creating weekly Amazon inventory shipments to be sent out to facilities across the country. Customer service will mostly be conducted via email with limited phone conversations with customers. You will also be responsible for utilizing ShipStation, an e-commerce shipping platform, to print UPS/USPS/FedEx shipping labels and provide them to our warehouse staff members to complete orders every day.
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday
8 hour workday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday is mandatory.
Monday - Friday while training.
