We are hiring Network Support for one of our direct client and willing to work on W2.
Position - Store Network Support , Location, Memphis, TN
The Contractor in this role will be operationally focused and monitor and maintain network support for AutoZone’s 6000 US stores. This may include applying domain knowledge, technical, troubleshooting and customer service skills to support the stores, resolve problems, provide updates to fellow team members and field management teams as required.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
1. Provide SDWAN network support to AutoZone’s 6000 US based stores / provide support on telephony related issues (vendor hosted Cisco Call Manager)
2. Review ticket backlog, resolve tickets per SLA metrics.
3. Provide superior customer service by effectively handling inbound contacts for network connectivity and telephony related items (phone calls / emails / trouble tickets), performing troubleshooting to resolve the issue, opening tickets with wireless and Broadband carriers, and tracking issues through to resolution.
4. Interacting with AutoZone store personnel to assist with troubleshooting
5. Regularly maintains, upgrades, and supports existing systems to ensure operational stability for business groups
Requirements:
1. Associate degree preferred, or a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), or equivalent formal training program with specialized training and one to two years’ experience required.
2. Hands on experience with Cisco’s SDWAN networking technology
3. Experience with CradlePoint wireless devices a plus
4. Hands on experience with Cisco’s Call Manager telephony platform
5. Hands on experience with support large scale, distributed wifi networks.
6. Requires two years of experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities.
7. Knowledge of MS Office.
8. Advanced functional and/or business knowledge.
9. Solid problem solving, relevant domain and analytical skills.
10. Able to perform tasks with little or no supervision
11. Superior customer service skills. Must be able to interact with non-technical resources to resolve issues
