**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and clinical support in a medical office setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the provider's calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers (performing occasional blood draws and administering intramuscular (IM) injections)
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
**Skills:**
- Experience as a receptionist or previous employment in a medical office setting is advantageous
- Proficiency with phone systems and office software applications
- Ability to provide Medical Administrative Support including scheduling and coordinating appointments
