HR Generalist responsibilities in areas of benefit administration and HR Management System administration. Provides data for turnover, performance management, COBRA, and ad hoc reporting. Participates in new hire orientation. Coordinates Open Enrollment activities and system updates. Willingness to provide high level of service to customers, employees, and team members.
- Min. 3 years HR exp. in areas ofbenefit administration and HR System Management.
- Prefer Bachelors degree in HR or related area.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Must have strong written/documentation skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to keep confidences and use independent judgment. Strong desire to serve customer in faith based organization.
- Prefer someone with experience in healthcare industry. Multi-tasking skills are critical since there are frequent customer calls for assistance.
