Apex Student Living is a nationwide company specializing in acquiring and managing off-campus student housing near top-tier universities. We're currently seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Financial Administrator to join our exceptional team!

The Financial Administrator will be in charge of efficiently handling all aspects of the property/portfolio financials while bringing their lively personality to the table.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payables and process payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Maintain accuracy of Income Statements to guide future financial decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and current residents.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Submit financial Investor Reporting after monthly reconciliation workflow.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and management fees.
- Review financial statements with the President and Regional Managers.
- Prepare reports as requested by outside financial entities.
Yearly Responsibilities
- Prepare 1099s and 1096s.
Other Responsibilities
- Identifying creative financial solutions to operational deficiencies.
- Implement and monitor financial-related initiatives as directed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in training staff members and new hires.

Criteria:
- 3 years in bookkeeping role
- QuickBooks Online experience is a must
- Entrata experience is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
