Position: Senior Project Manager

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team runs performance management - this is one of the few (company-wide programs at Charter because typically each organization has their own process and programs. We currently need a project manager for performance management. This person will run different projects within performance management. The general flow of performance management includes goal setting, mid years and year end process ("super bowl"). We have a project team lead and need someone to oversee various training related projects including - all HR teams, ESC partners (support org), people leader training, creating/customizing training based on BU and ideally presenting such information. This person will also be responsible for resources including toolkits, reference kits, and job aides for employees, people leaders, and HR. All of these resources will be related to the process or how to administer it within our tool (Asana). This may include going out to do research on effective conversations with employees, how to set SMART goals, etc. Resources will be updated based on information that is available. This person will also go through project plan (very detailed/documented) and making sure responsibilities are outlined, what is coming up and getting other work stream (project) leads and feeding that to the overall program leader.
