Position: HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Seattle
Duration: 6-month contract (potential for conversion!)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performance management
- Pivot processes
- Coaching and guidance
- Helping managers navigate difficult conversations
- Employee relations / legal / high risk
- Conducting investigations
- Team meetings
- Stakeholder involvement
- Mitigate risk for business
- 100% of time spent Case work – case management system where employees and managers can reach out for cases, supporting managers, guidance for nuance situations, corrective actions, policy interpretation. Working through correspondence, meetings, providing guidance, etc.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years HR experience, generalist, business partner role
- Interfacing with executives/ stakeholder management
- Working with all levels of employees
- Case management
- Complex investigations
- Performance management, employee relations
- Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting corporate orgs
- Salesforce experience
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
