Position: Incident Coordinators
Location: Charlotte, hybrid - in office on weekdays ONLY
Contract Length: 3 mo C2H
Hours:
-1 position: Wed thru Sun 12-9
-1 position: Sat thru Wed 10-7
USC/Visa: W2

Bridgeline communications for incident triage Monitoring app experience Documentation skills (documenting processes and procedural gaps)

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This position will rotate weekly between monitoring and incident. For one week, the contractor will complete monitoring including analyzing alerts that may cause incidents with the goal being mitigating potential incidents. The other week, the contractor will work on incidents, where their main mission is to work on ongoing incidents impacting applications. This part of the job may include WebEx chats, emails, bridgeline communications. Documentation is also a big part of this role, outage metrics are important so that when a particular application is down, the group can pull historical data to better understand and address the issue. Proactive documentation also helps so the team can best support the issue next time it occurs.
