Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior System Analyst with practical experience in SharePoint to join our dynamic team. As a Junior System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our SharePoint platform to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction. You will work closely with our IT team, end-users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical solutions leveraging your expertise in SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SharePoint-based solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions utilizing SharePoints capabilities.
• Assist in the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and other SharePoint components.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions align with business requirements and expectations.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on SharePoint best practices.
• Assist in training end-users on SharePoint functionality, promoting user adoption, and driving efficient utilization of the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, enhancements, and industry trends, recommending relevant improvements to enhance system performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between SharePoint and other enterprise applications.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technical field.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SharePoint best practices, information architecture, and governance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends.
• Experience with system analysis methodologies and tools is a plus.
