Job Description :
Job Summary : This Administrative Office Professional is a dynamic role that supports the operations team by coordinating installation project schedules, managing material reception, assisting with accounts receivable (AR), completing customer documentation, and performing various customer and office-related tasks.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Schedules : Organize and maintain the calendar for installation projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Receive Materials : Oversee the receipt of materials for projects, verify shipments against orders, and report discrepancies or damages.
- Customer Documentation : Accurately fill out and file all customer-related documentation, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Office Assistance : Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment : This role operates primarily in an office setting and may require occasional visits to project sites.
Part time hours 9-3 - willing to work with the right candidate for schedule
