- 3 Weeks Training: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
- Post Training Shifts Available:
- 8:30am-5:30pm
- 9am-5:30pm
- 9:30am-6pm
- 10:30 - 7:00 pm
Job Description
- Reimbursement Specialists
- Part B, Med advantage
- Understanding what each payer is going to be given
- Determining if is PA required or not
- Comprehensive summary of benefits
- Doc offices 3-4k is denied. So they cannot let that happen
- Sharing information as learned
- Calling payers and getting benefits
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience communicating with healthcare professionals and field support staff
- 3 to 5 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers in regard to health insurance plan requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and grammar
- Salesforce system experience preferred
- Nice to have: experience with buy & bill insurance process
