Expanding problem management once new LOBs take on services of applications
Will need to have experience doing enforcement for data qualify processes Responsible for management of technology changes and problems occurring in or affecting the assigned line-of-business, its applications, and hosting infrastructure. Leads organizational Change Management activities aligned with corporate and line-of-business policies. Managing and overseeing all change and problem activities Change and Problem Management Status Reporting Change Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Technical Review Board leadership Enterprise Change Awareness Coordinator/Manager for relevant LOB Problems
