Scrum Master
6 month contract
Miramar, FL-- hybrid onsite 3 days/week
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Need someone with 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience. This resource should be agreeable (who plays well with the team) but also needs to be someone who can manage risks and bring them up ASAP.
Need to have Jira experience-running a sprint, looking through a backlog, etc. as well as Confluence experience.
Must Haves:
1. 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience
2. Jira and Confluence experience
3. CSM or PSM
4. Soft skills-someone agreeable but also someone who can speak up and help mitigate risks
