Job Title: Tech Infra PM
Pay: $54-64/hr depending on experience
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte or NJ- Hopewell/Jersey City
Contract length: 1 year
Able to use or sponsor visas: No
Top requirements: 5- 7 years of PM experience Experience with office/real estate moves, buildouts strong infrastructure background/ knowledge/ aptitude (Has managed infrastruture projects around data, networks, etc) 50/50 technical and functional Voice IP exp
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
What is the business / project need?
-BAU for various projects, guides and leads project completion for employees to relocate offices spaces or set-up new work spaces (includes everything from coordinating with cisco to infrastructure workers)
Position Summary
Technology Project manager to lead technology component of Real Estate project tactics. Candidate to coordinate all technology aspects of Real Estate tactics including relocations, new build and decommissions. Candidate to coordinate technology requirements with third party vendors for execution.
Required Skills
Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades and conversions. Provides analytical support for information technology projects. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Provides numeric and graphic design support e.g. presentation materials. Recommends improvements in project deliverables. Works on projects under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers. Requires 5-7 years of experience. Understand project management associated with Corporate Workplace such as managing the installation of technology for new or existing locations. Manage the relocation of bank associates between locations and have experience in decommissioning facilities. Data and Voice experience required.
Desired Skills
Experience with implementation of both voice and data technology. Excellent customer service interaction skills. Team player. The ability to work on and manage multiple projects at one time. Willing to work weekends and travel when needed.
