As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for growing company revenue by effectively managing existing customer accounts to contribute to our client's success throughout their digital transformation journey with Apisero. The main responsibilities include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts, and effectively leading a sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Setting goals, sales quotas, and metrics to be achieved by the sales team.

Client Relationships 

  • Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and digital landscape
  • Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale
  • Develop a strategy for long-term success across your team
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

Account Management

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives to ensure a smooth sales to delivery transition
  • Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives
  • Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and provide day to day leadership and management to achieve sales goals

Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities for expansion of Apisero services within the existing client base within the region
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related area 
  • 2-5 years of Sales experience
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
