Field IT Technical Specialist
Rate $25/hr - $35/hr plus overtime
Wage based on experience and capabilities

Qualifications and requirements:
Associates degree or better, or extensive job-related IT certifications
2 years minimum IT work experience
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience will be a plus
Valid Driver License, clean driving record and ability to drive to customer locations 50-75% weekly

Full Job Description:
Provide technical support to end users remotely and onsite.
Interact with end-users with exceptional customer service skill remotely and onsite.
Maintain service documentation and real-time ticket data entry and ticket planning/prioritization/scheduling.
Moves, Adds, Changes of PCs/laptops, printers, VOIP phones and other peripherals.
Moves, Adds, Changes of Network equipment, Firewalls, Modems, Routers, and wifi hardware
Install, configure and repair hardware and software.
Manage and support endpoints and end-point security
Administration and Support of MFA systems, cloud and account security and access.
Assist physical wiring for networking, wifi, video and voice installation in office and other business buildings including interior and exterior installations.
Adds, Changes and support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365
End-user VoIP Systems Support including moves, adds, changes, mobile, web and desktop apps, as well as physical phones including programming user options and PBX features
Supporting networking devices including switches, routers, wifi equipment and firewalls
Supporting MAC, Windows, Android and iOS operating systems and applications
Daily ongoing Hands-on support and end-user interaction and communications remotely and as well as traveling to client locations
