Title : ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Implementation Specialist Location : Remote Duration : Contract : 6 Months Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HAM Implementation Specialist to oversee the design, development, and implementation of hardware asset management solutions within our organization.
As part of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of the ServiceNow HAM module to optimize our hardware asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities : HAM Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive hardware asset management solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Configuration and Customization : Configure ServiceNow HAM module to meet specific business needs, including data model setup, workflows, UI configurations, and integrations with other systems.
Data Migration and Management : Oversee the migration of hardware asset data into ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Establish data governance practices for ongoing maintenance. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of the HAM implementation to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure the solution meets defined quality standards and fulfills business requirements. Training and Documentation : Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
Create and maintain documentation related to HAM processes and configurations. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and finance, to align hardware asset management practices.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience Previous experience (X years) implementing and configuring ServiceNow HAM module or similar IT asset management solutions.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including expertise in configuration, workflows, scripting, and integrations. Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management principles and best practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certification in ServiceNow administration or HAM would be a plus.
