Job Description
You will be part of a highly visible team focused on recruiting top notch technical talent to meet our business goals. You will need to draw on extensive knowledge of the business to develop and execute sourcing strategies; be able to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBP's; and be able to thoroughly assess technical capability through robust screening processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing capability & capacity to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising technology talent.
- Work closely with the business to deliver a quality assessment of talent.
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine current and future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
- Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant
- Assess and qualify candidates against Tyson's culture and build talent pools for future of critical profiles
- Create a top notch candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding experiences.
Qualifications
Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience: 1 plus years of technical recruiting experience.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.
