- Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
- Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive sales experience

- Communicate with the sales and operations management team regarding customer requests and concerns
- Interact with potential or existing customers, enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent sales solutions to support business objectives

- A degree in Operations Management, Business, Communications or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations support, or sales
