Do you love being on the road? Then we have the perfect job for you as a Territory Sales Manager for Sirius XM Radio (SXM). Responsibilities include customer relationship management development in all areas throughout assigned automotive dealership locations. This Territory Sales Manager position carries the title of OEM District Program Manager. 

Important Information

 

Responsibilities:

  • This position is 60% (up to 4 days a week) daily travel within an assigned territory with an average 200 mile radius.
  • Act as a liaison between the products and services offered by SiriusXM and assigned list of automotive dealerships.
  • Develop, lead and coordinate OEM special projects within assigned territory.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
  • Log daily dealership activity and key contacts for scheduling and tracking purposes.
  • Follow-up/auditing to ensure proper dealership activity is accurate and complete throughout region.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Multi unit experience is required
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • proven track record for diligence in a remote position 
  • Familiarity with the geography of the market to be covered
  • Automotive or field marketing experience; preferably automotive industry related, with proven track record of success
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Projects self-confident, professional image
  • Positive attitude with ability to lead and motivate others
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and direct others to meet targeted goals.
  • Experience in the areas of product presence, training, sales incentives and category management.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned district up to 4 days a week. This position is 60% travel within an assigned multi-state territory.

 

Pay:

  • $45,000 USD a year

  • Car allowance $350 per month, cell phone allowance $75 per month
  • Travel expense account reimbursement per month
  • Regular gasoline and general office expenses reimbursed
