What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Personal Assistant position at Apollo Specialty?
Business executive seeks employee to serve as a personal assistant who can perform administrative functions, including but not limited to data entry, appointment setting and word processing. Candidate will also be responsible for assisting wtih household management, which may involve running errands, assisting with small events, organizing, inventory management, purchasing, phone calls, overseeing repairs, and more. Training is provided.
The ideal candidate is able to handle multiple priorities at once and has a pleasant personality. An organized candidate, interested in establishing and maintaining systems, is a plus. You will be overseeing the office in the event the company president is out of the office, so the ability to take on responsibility and get along with others is a must!
This is initially a part time position. It can grow to more. There will be a raise after 60 days. We have a flexible work schedule, bonuses, and professional development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
