What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate Hemp/CBD position at Apotheca?
Regional Hemp & CBD retail chain is looking for a qualified sales associates for it's stores in the Asheville area. Specifically those well versed in the Hemp and CBD markets. Retail sales experience, Point of Sale experience, and opening closing experience is necessary. Hourly pay plus a potential sales commission of $300 to $1400 a month.
Here is the math:
$12hr at 40 hours a week = $24,960 a year.
$1400 a month = $16,800 a year
$24,960 $16,800 = $41,760 a year
$300 a month = $3600 a year
$24,960 $3,600 = $28,560
Our sales associates make $28,560 to $41,760 a year if they are working full time.
Assistant Managers and Managers make more. Sales associate is our entry level position.
We offer 1 weeks paid vacation after 1 years employment, and 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years employment.
4 paid holidays a year

Health Insurance option after 90 days employee's that average 30 or more hours (Company pays 80% of employee premium)
