As the Data Analyst, you are the key contact for the Account Management team and will be responsible for supporting the team with customer reporting and day to day operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and input client orders into system
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Create or innovate existing reporting based on business needs
• Analyze business trends to identify operational opportunities
• Design, create, and update documents and forms used by the teams for continuous process improvement and consistency
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client reporting needs and provide custom reporting as needed
• Take on new projects related to the smooth running and operations of accounts
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments
• Provide additional support to Account Management team as per regular day to day reporting and support

• Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite, including experience with Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid attention to detail

Education and Experience

• 2-3 years office environment experience
• Experience with custom reporting processes and/or tools

Travel Requirements

• Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities

Work Location and Schedule

• This is a hybrid position with work completed in one of our office locations and a remote home office
• Typical schedules will be three days working in the office location and the remainder of week from home, however, may vary based on business or work/life balance needs

Expected compensation range: $50,000 - $65,000
