Job Title: Agile Coach

Job Description
- Certified SPC with 15 years of overall experience
- 7 years of Agile Coaching experience
- 3 years of related experience being a Program level coach and/or RTE
- 3 Years of Trainer in running SAFe class
- 5 years of experience at team level as SM or PO or PM
- Knowledge of different Agile techniques Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, SRE, different Priortisation techniques
- Experience in APM Tools like Jira, Jira Align, Rally
- Experience around facilitation tools like Miro, Mural etc
- Experience coaching in distributed Agile delivery environments.
- Certification from ICAgile, PMI, ScrumAlliance
- Relevant Diagnostics Experience
- Relevant OKR experience.
