SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Quality Compliance Specialist will be responsible for a variety of quality control functions to ensure we are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and requirements. This person will also identify risks or trends and provide appropriate management reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consulting and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
- Preparing and filing compliance reports.
- Prepare quality inspection forms
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
- Maintaining records of compliance activities.
- Work with dispatch on job assignments with the crew and tackle any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Protects each jobsite with the proper materials to minimize damage.
- Maintain constant communication with the client during move process to ensure a positive experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.- Must be legal to work in the US.
- Have access or able to obtain access to military bases.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Knowledge of the moving industry (packing, loading, delivery, inventory).
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Knowledge of laws, codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organization and efficient time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Salary : $33,000 - $41,800
