Apple Roofing is seeking Roofing Sales Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. He/she will understand quality control and instruct subcontractors in regards to tasks that need to be completed, ensuring all workmanship is done to our high standards. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.

What You Will Do as a Roofing Sales Consultant
- You don’t need a degree to close deals with us, but you do need the patience, dedication, and motivation to sell!
- To build your book of business you’ll spend your days following up on and generating leads of prospective clients by phone, email or in person to ensure you are spending your time wisely with the most opportunity for a sale.
- Preparing sales action plans and strategies and negotiating with clients is key to your accomplishments.
- To make sure you have all the tools and info you need for success, you’ll spend one week in Lincoln Nebraska for our formal training program, followed by another 5 weeks in the field applying what you’ve learned with your team lead. Ongoing training may be necessary as you further your career, and yes, there is plenty of opportunity for advancement!
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is an integral part of this role!
Compensation Range
Easily make $100k in the first year! All it takes is dedication and a desire for success!
