Apple Roofing is seeking Commercial Roofing Production/Laborers in our Lincoln, NE office. As a Commercial roofing production laborer, you will install or repair all types of commercial flat roof systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, also sheet metal installs and repairs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation and repairs of various types of roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO Single-ply systems, Mod Bit, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. Standing Seam roofing, sheet metal flashings & trims.
- Follow OSHA regulations relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
- Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
- Not afraid of heights, climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 100 lbs.
- Show up to shop or job site on time.
- Work as part of a team to complete all aspects of jobs assigned
- Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employees.
- Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
- Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned
