As part of our Marketing Communications group (Marcom), you’ll uncover human insights to craft messaging that shows what Apple products can really do for people. You’ll create and manage the campaigns that form the voice and spirit of Apple to our customers, acting as the brand identity customers interact with at every touchpoint. The Brand Manager role supporting our Retail Seasonal Marketing efforts sits within Apple’s Marcom team and will lead strategy, creative development and execution for Apple Retail Store and Online Store international marketing initiatives. In this role, you will ensure creative objectives are well defined and completed to the highest standards. This requires a strong ability to develop marketing messages, facilitate creative execution and navigate a complex approval process managing multiple partners across all of Apple to ensure alignment on key projects. You will be responsible for the integration of marketing communications efforts, knitting together several functional teams including: Graphic Design, Merchandising, Interactive, Video/Motion Design, Advertising and Media.

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years marketing communications experience. Previous ad agency, design agency and/or in-house marketing communications experience.
  • Ideal candidate to have rich background in retail in-store experience and/or e-commerce.
  • In this role you will be a strategic leader who is creative, resourceful, adaptable, focused on results. You are someone who brings high energy and a positive attitude to the team daily.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan & execute commercial marketing campaigns across key seasonal moments that include development of strategy, and creative concepts.
  • Takes initiative. Self-motivated, independent and flexible.
  • Works well in ambiguous situations, with the foresight to seek answers and improve processes to promote great team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills. Ability to influence, consensus-build and resolve conflicting points of view.
  • Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence across numerous teams including non-US partners.
  • Proactively drive and establish new processes and results throughout a highly matrixed organization.
  • Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills, anticipate needs coupled with an ability to see the big picture.

Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working and flexible individual to manage and lead our Retail Seasonal Marketing campaigns which include moments such as: Holiday, Back to School, Valentine’s Day, Earth Day, Pride and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing communications strategies, managing the creative development process, leading presentations, and driving the approval processes. Creative campaigns span seasonal and promotional global initiatives. The Brand Manager will work extensively with our Cross functional and GEO teams helping Apple create compelling campaigns in key major markets.
