The role of the Marketing Communications (Marcom) group at Apple is to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications in support of Apple’s business goals. Marcom manages packaging design, retail and channel environments, motion graphics, events materials, direct marketing, as well as the apple.com website.
The Orchard program within Marcom is seeking creative thinkers who wish to learn, grow and apply their talents to Apple. These future creatives are writers, designers, art directors, planners, developers, strategists, and producers who want to work in communication. In most cases, they will have a few years of experience working in a creative communications capacity or will have recently completed a similar degree. The Orchard will select from a diverse applicant pool to form a capable group to take part in the year-long program that offers the opportunity to work with professionals inside of Apple.

Description
As a Brand Manager in the Orchard program, you will help the team drive and lead the creation and creative development of content for use across teams and GEOs. This content may include video, photography, demo content, third party content, partner content, illustrations, screens, hardware, animations etc.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content teams, and Marcom specialists to ensure content is strategically aligned to product features and communication strategies.
Assist in leading launch and sustaining campaign efforts from inception to completion, including the creative content strategy and integration across functions
Collaborate with Brand Managers and Cross-functional Project Manager to create a high level creative content plan across a launch. Communicate the content strategy and directional changes to Marcom functional partners.
Partner with Brand team and Planner to develop compelling content briefs that align with the overall communication strategies.
The Orchard will be a cohort of creatives that will all start at the same time and this group will also be required to come together as a team to work on assigned creative projects under the direction and supervision of an Executive Creative Director and a team of senior creative professionals within Marcom.
Training and other enrichment opportunities will also be provided.
