The Education, SMB, and Refurbished team is responsible for the following:
-Owns revenue and unit sales across segment verticals, along with other critical metrics (Traffic, Conversion, Ways to Buy, NPS)
-Manages the business operationally, including partnership across partner functions: Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfillment
-Develops go-to-market strategies for each customer vertical to grow total Apple in core product lines (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, Accessories, Services)
-Create specific proposals that grow incremental revenue and unit sales, while also providing the best experience for our customers
-Looks for new ways to grow the pie for Apple and Retail in each of Education, SMB, and Refurbished, including at key intersections, including the product and country level
-Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
-Takes action to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members
