Woodridge Mobile Village is located in Pensacola. Woodridge Mobile Village is owned and operated by Applebrook Homes, LLC. This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
About the Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are groundskeeping pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for maintaining our mobile home community.
- Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations
- Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management
- Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping
- Upkeep of onsite buildings, company areas and sidewalks, including painting and power washing
- Collect trash and yard waste
- Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed
- Work on special projects as requested
Job Requirements:
A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility | Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done | Able to work outdoors throughout the year | Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility | At least 1 to 2 years of groundskeeping experience across the trades required | Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment | Highschool graduate or GED required | Must be within commuting distance to the facility
