What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Planning / Corp Sales Assistant position at Applejack Wine & Spirits, LLC?
The Event Planning/Corporate Sales full time position will generate business in designated market segments and maximize revenue profitability using proactive sales activities in accordance with established Applejack standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- · Prospect for new business through solicitation, networking, and cold calling.
- · Maintain existing Applejack corporate customer base providing superior customer service and a concierge style experience.
- Create estimates in a timely manner for event inquires based on basic knowledge of quantities and varieties available.
- Use Netsuite as a daily tool to stay ahead of tasks related to estimates, sales orders and converting prospects into customers.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and delivery department regarding upcoming events, corporate orders, and any VIP clients.
- Follow up with all clients monthly to assess customer satisfaction, upcoming needs and address any service concerns.
- Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual targeted sales goals and profit margins.
