- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer interactions and information in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
