We are now hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative to assist with temporary coverage at a growing Beverage Manufacture in Los Angeles, CA.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative
Location: Remote - WFH
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Length of Project: Temporary through the end of March
Summary: The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound collection calls, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and doing heavy data entry to transfer transactions from SPS - EDI to QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient on SPS EDI and QuickBooks (Enterprise and/or Online) software systems
Good verbal and written communications skills
2 years of recent Accounts Receivable - Collections experience and/or degree in Accounting
Accurate data entry skills
Must have your own computer and internet access
