Our client in the residential construction industry is seeking an Admin / Scheduling Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity.
Some daily duties of the role include :
Assists with scheduling service calls / homeowner calls in the proprietary system.
Accesses builder scheduling portal to schedule and communicate with builders regarding electrical equipment installations.
Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite and learn other systems easily.
The schedule is 7am-4pm with an hour lunch.
