Seeking a passionate and organized Customer Service & Mission Support Specialist to join our dedicated team! In this vital role, you will become the bridge between our mission activities, valued donors, and internal staff.
You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive donor experience, maintaining efficient operations, and supporting our mission delivery.
How You'll Make a Difference :
Become the point of contact for our supporters, handling inquiries, donations, and feedback.
Process donations accurately through our system and generate reports for leadership.
Maintain accurate records to ensure efficient resource allocation for our mission.
Assist with project support tasks and ensure timely delivery of our services / programs.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all who interact with our organization.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
What You Bring to the Table :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or non-profit operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building rapport with donors.
Strong organizational and attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
Ability to learn new software and adapt to a dynamic environment.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to support a meaningful mission.
